Proof of rights to recover the stolen 980-Alsabbaq

Walid Khaled Al-Zaidi

The series of actions taken by many state and private institutions to follow up the theft of public money has not been isolated from the national approach that citizens seek from these institutions.

It is certain that many popular, official and religious circles will find a great deal of optimism in dealing with economic and financial problems, which limits the exposure of public money to abuse and theft from some of the weak and out of the law.

These actions are moving in the right direction in light of the economic challenges facing the country, especially as the concern of the government in these circumstances to stand on solid ground of financial strength to support projects and implement programs and provide the necessary services for all citizens and the reconstruction of cities and the amounts that come within the framework of contributing to the success of government projects Mission in all aspects of life.

The success of the Ministry of Oil can be considered the recovery of more than 127 billion dinars during the last period of government treatments for some aspects of financial distress, and those efforts came through the suspension of the implementation of several projects and contracts and the abolition of dispensations and fines and the stations and yards belonging to the ministry, as well as the intensification of control and verification in some Contracts and review of tenders as well as recovery of the number of pipes, drilling machines and other equipment.

The work of the Ministry of Oil and other institutions can achieve positive elements such as strengthening the state budget by supporting financial factors by preserving the country's wealth to complete government projects, which necessitates zakat with targeted national programs and projects that intervene accurately in the utilization of the desired benefit.

It is possible to contribute to a national effort that largely reflects the tasks and responsibilities of the members of society. The question of the recovery of stolen money is the prerogative of the people before the government, and it is the duty of every citizen to make a clear contribution to that issue. Participate in meaningful national effort.

It is necessary to strengthen the governmental efforts related to detecting cases of corruption and theft of public funds through high level coordination between state institutions, civil society organizations and the need to work diligently to uncover projects and companies that are lagging behind in their service and productivity, contractors and some people who have extended their hands to the people's money without right, Developed countries have increased their economies and offered their services to the general public in well-thought-out ways and effective development plans.

It is also important to consolidate the legal formulas to deter the exploiters of public funds and to take steps against the corrupt and those who seek to exploit some of the circumstances experienced by our country and prosecute them with the aim of the rule of law to protect the rights of people and to deter violators of this national approach
