The Minister of Planning, Dr. Nouri Sabah al-Dulaimi, received on Monday a delegation from the Sudanese University of Neelain headed by Prof. Rashid Ismail, Dean of the Graduate School of the University. The meeting discussed prospects of scientific cooperation between the two countries and means of enhancing them. 

During the meeting, Dr. Nouri Al-Dulaimi reviewed the scientific contributions of the university, its educational methods, and what the university can contribute to the field of higher education and scientific research through improving the quality of the joint scholarships and its procedures in various scientific disciplines. 

For his part, the guest praised the vision of the Ministry of Development Planning and the Minister's efforts to provide a diverse scientific and knowledge environment, stressing their keenness to make efforts to facilitate the procedures and develop joint scientific capacities and care.
