Just read summary of UN Security report on Iraq. Doesn’t appear they are ready to give their ok for a RV anytime soon.

We seem to forget how Iraq is known for printing one thing and having completed it two weeks ago. As for the UN Security report under the "current" conditions is what the summary is based on BUT they have warned Iraq what needs to happen AND some exciting things are to take place between today and Tues! ANYreport/summary can be CHANGED in a nano second! IMHO
