News / left the adviser of the Security Council of the Kurdistan Region pleased Barzani, Arbil heading to Germany to participate in the Munich Security Conference at the head of a high delegation. 
A brief statement of the council, read by Shafak News, that Barzani participates in the Munich Security Conference, which is held in the German city, headed by a delegation consisting of a spokesman for the provincial government Sven Dziyi and representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government in Germany, Delshad Barzani, indicating that the conference will be held tomorrow, . 
Barzani, the candidate for the new government of Kurdistan, is scheduled to hold a series of meetings and activities on the sidelines of the conference with diplomatic and security delegations and parliamentarians from several countries participating in the conference.
The Munich Conference on Security was an important event at the Davos Economic Conference and became the most important international conference on security in the world. It was attended by Heads of State and Government, international organizations, ministers, members of parliament, high-level representatives of the armed forces and civil society as well as representatives of the business community and the media. 
Since 2009, the conference has been chaired by former German diplomat Wolfgang Eichinger, the former German ambassador to Washington, who has since turned the conference to a non-profit organization since 2011 to address security issues and discuss and analyze key current and future security challenges through Discussion and exchange of views on the development of transatlantic relations as well as European and global security. 
The conference is organized as an informal special event without binding government decisions and does not produce a final joint statement.
The year 2009 marked the beginning of major transformations at the Munich Security Conference under the leadership of its current President, Eischinger. More than 50 ministers and 12 heads of state and government from around the world attended the Menoch Security Conference this year, including Vice President Joe Biden and President French Chancellor Nicolas Sarkozy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who is currently president of the European Council. 
The conference also began in 2009 with the awarding of the prize by the name of "Ewald von Kleist", who founded the Munich Security Conference, for individuals who have contributed prominently to the resolution of conflicts and the establishment of international peace, and the most prominent winners, "Henry Kissinger" and Javier Solana.
In the same year, the so-called "Core Group" of the MSC Core Group Meeting was convened by inviting a number of high-profile participants to discuss current international security policy issues in an undisclosed manner. 2010 / Beijing 2011 / Doha 2013 / A second meeting was held for the first time in 2013 in Washington / then New Delhi 2014 / Vienna in 2015 and another meeting in Tehran in October 2015.
