I had a question on the military, my son is active duty Army spent 2 tours in Afghanistan based in Germany for 8 years but is back in the US now. He has currency, is it only a select few that can exchange?

He asked at the foreign exchange center and not one knew anything about it. My daughter in-law runs the base daycare for the officer’s children and the manager of the exchange center. No one there knows anything?

This is one of the largest bases in the US. Who knows who to talk to?
