Arab Bank is the strategic sponsor of the Union of Arab Banks Forum on combating financial crimes


Arab Bank has recently sponsored the "Combating Financial Crimes - Compliance with International AML / CFT" Forum, which was held at the Intercontinental Amman Hotel, organized by the Union of Arab Banks and the Bank of Jordan and the AML / CFT Unit. 
The two-day forum also presented working papers and in-depth discussions by a group of bankers, experts and specialists in combating money laundering and terrorist financing in financial institutions from Jordan and the Arab region. The Forum highlighted a number of themes and topics of interest to both central and commercial banks in the fight against financial crimes, including the global fight against financial crimes, advanced technology and its implications for compliance with international standards against money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Of financial crimes, in addition to the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing associated with the encrypted assets and currencies and the series of monetary blocks along with a range of other axes and related topics.
