[rtl]MP of the province of Basra, Abdul Aoun Allawi, Friday, that the province of Basra received amounts within the budget to complete desalination projects in addition to the port of Faw .[/rtl]

[rtl]Allawi said in a statement that "was allocated 200 million dollars for desalination projects and 500 million dollars for the project of the port of Faw ".[/rtl]

[rtl]He added that "Basra did not get the maturity in the budget was not enough need, and the budget, although it did not meet the ambition, but the provinces were characterized by something simple ."[/rtl]

[rtl]"In spite of the negative points recorded on the budget, but it stopped foreign loans except domestic loans ."[/rtl]

[rtl]He stressed that "Basra has debt owed by the government amounting to more than 400 billion dinars, the revenues of the border crossings and the proportion of petrodollars, where the government promised and confirmed delivery to Basra ."[/rtl]
