A deputy to adopt the proposed law to form a council for the reconstruction of Basra

BAGHDAD / Al-Ghad Press: 

MP from Basra Jabbar al-Allaibi, on Wednesday, to submit a bill to form a council for the reconstruction of the province. 

Al-Allaibi said in a press conference attended by "Al-Ghad Press" that "Basra needs reconstruction, services and a comprehensive investment revolution to improve the reality and service of its people in conjunction with the presentation of the budget, which did not include comprehensive solutions."

He added that "the proposal of the law will be submitted to the Presidency after collecting signatures required of the deputies to take its legislative path." 

He pointed out that "the Reconstruction Council will include experts, specialists and academics with experience, integrity and specialization to work on the service of Basra and its people."
