Mufti: Investors need 195 signatures to begin building schools

Agency of the orbit -

The secretary-general of the provinces affairs, Turhan Mufti, said Monday that investors need 195 signatures to start building schools.
The Mufti said in a statement, 'the orbit', that 'can not go towards the abolition of provincial councils and weaken the decentralization only to amend the Constitution,' noting that 'provincial councils do not have any executive role and oversight functions'.
He added that 'the mechanisms of the work of the provincial councils need to review, especially the issue of dismissal of the governor', adding that 'meeting Abdul Mahdi, officials of the local government of Basra does not mean underestimation'.
He explained that 'the construction of schools is through the components set by the Ministry of Education, especially as the investor needs 195 signatures for approval to do his work'.
