jcp--so that's is part what's holding up the rv release...it would certainly speed up Iraq rehab & reconstruct tremendously now that electricity distrib is guaranteed by saudi arabia...
Lena:
Read a post today that the NSA STOPPED the RV that was scheduled for yesterday 1/19/19. No reason was given just that they (NSA) once again stopped it. Central Bank wanted it to go. Maybe Tony will have an answer if that Post is correct.

1-19-19 I sent my husband down to his local bank here in Northern California to purchase some dong. He came back and said the teller could not see it on the screen, she said it was there last week… Hoping that is a good sign

International trend to abandon the paper currency and the adoption of electronic card
Many countries around the world are turning to dealing with banknotes with electronic cards and using smart phones as a means of dealing with cash.
Many Governments believe that electronic payments make money laundering and illegal transfers more difficult.
So many countries are moving to the electronic payment system, and monitoring the site "worldatlas" list of the top ten in terms of electronic trading using credit cards and smart phones.
Canada topped the list and each has more than one credit card. Sweden, which accounts for about 59 percent of its non-monetary handling, is the highest on the list.
Britain comes in third place with 47 percent of the population having electronic payments, followed by France in fourth place with 39 percent of credit cards out there with touchless payment technology.
The United States comes in fifth place, with almost 3 e-cards per citizen and China with the highest growth in e-payments in the last five years.
Australia came in seventh, with purchases worth over A $ 10,000 in the amount of $ 7,500.
Germany ranked eighth in this country, with a non-cash ratio of 30 percent and a huge reliance on payment technology without touching and using smart phones. Japan and Russia were dissolved. link

this is total horse crap they would blame it on anything. The NSA don't have anything to do with a rv,ri,or a rd and Mr want-to-be Diva817 Kuwait never had to rv, reinstate, ect anyone that know the history of these two currency knows that the sanctions was never on kuwait it was on Iraq
