Follow - up / Tomorrow 's Press:

announced the trade commissioner of the European Union Affairs Cecilia Malmstrom on Friday that the European Union and the United States are discussing the possibility of concluding a trade agreement on industrial goods.

"We are discussing whether we can reach a smaller trade agreement focusing on industrial goods," Malmstrom said, according to Western media.

The draft mandate on the removal of tariffs on industrial goods with the United States, which should be submitted for approval to EU countries, is being finalized, it noted.

US President Donald Trump and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker agreed in the summer of 2018 not to take new measures of rudeness during the trade negotiations between Washington and Brussels.
