Iranian parliament speaker Ali Larijani said Tuesday that the next Iranian budget (starting March 21) will focus on exports, pointing out that the issue of exports with Iraq will be discussed.
"The issue of exports with the Iraqi government will be discussed," Larijani was quoted as saying during a meeting in Tehran to discuss investment opportunities and capacities of Kermanshah province.
He added that "Kermanshah province shares the border with Iraq and the Kurdistan region in this country and it includes a railway and historical monuments and tourist areas are very valuable, which demonstrates the deep roots of the people of the province."
Larijani pointed out that "the commercial, agricultural and industrial potential of the province of Kermanshah in addition to its geographical location on the Silk Road is one of the other possibilities."Ending / 25

Iranian Oil Minister Bijen Namdar Zangana on Tuesday confirmed the possibility of exporting petrochemical products in the provinces of western Iran to Iraq.
"There are 10 petrochemical complexes with a total production capacity of 5 million tons per year in the governorates of Kermanshah, Aylam, Lurstan and Kurdistan," Zankana said in a statement to the Al Alam television channel. "There are 10 petrochemical complexes with the potential to export these petrochemical products to Iraq, Energy to provide job opportunities and development of these provinces. "
"The products of the western provinces can be exported to Iraq through the economic corridors," he said.
He called on the Iranian minister to "prepare a plan to be Kermanshah axis of development in the west of the country," noting that "the provinces of the west of the country complement each other in terms of possibilities and that near the center of Kermanshah province of the centers of these provinces is an excellent advantage for him." Ending / 25
