Al-Rashid makes important adjustments to housing loans for state employees

Al Rasheed Bank announced that it has made important changes to housing loans for state employees "100 nominal salaries".
"The Board of Directors of Al Rasheed Bank has decided to amend its previous instructions for housing loans to state employees by exempting borrowers who have been given housing loans (100 nominal salaries) previously from providing mortgages in the case of the remainder," the bank said in a statement. Of the amounts of these loans does not exceed (20 million) dinars. "
"Instead, a second state employee will be accepted as well as a bill of lading when the request is made," he added.
The bank pointed out that "the amendment will apply to borrowers who have provided a mortgage guarantee to the bank, it is possible to dismantle the mortgage when the amount of the loan to (20 million) dinars, whether access through monthly payments or early payment.
In the past years, Al-Rasheed Bank has started granting 100 salaries to employees for the purpose of buying residential units and is being reduced monthly according to certain regulations.
