Ministry of Commerce announced, Sunday, for the formation of a committee in auditing Kirkuk wheat silo, including information received from the presence of the amount of wheat affected as a result of rain, saying it is the first to lay hands on the quantities of wheat affected by the rain.

The Ministry said in a statement received by Alsumaria News a copy of it, "Trade Minister Mohammed Hashim al-Ani directed the formation of a committee of audit and investigation task of checking the information received the existence of a quantity of wheat affected in the province of the Kirkuk silo as a result of rain."

"The report of a local committee of departments in Kirkuk said that laboratory tests were carried out at the laboratories of a trading company for quantities of wheat in the warehouse, and it was not clear that there was any harm in it and it is usable, and no violation has been indicated," the ministry said.

"A small quantity is affected by the rainwater and has been identified and stopped immediately, without reaching the citizens of Kirkuk province, a routine procedure followed in such cases," she said.

"The ministry pointed out that" the drumming and intimidation of the case carries a clear dimension in the abuse and scaling up of the ministry's efforts in supplying and processing food vocabulary, especially as the media is the same who is trying to stir up and question the known goals fall within the political framework clearly defined for our people who began to recognize the steps of the ministry in the face of corrupt and the establishment of mechanisms Correct for the institutional work that serves our people. "

The ministry confirmed that "its regulatory bodies are the first to put the hand on the quantities of wheat affected by rain and humidity in the Kirkuk silos, while indicated to stop processing until the results of laboratory testing by laboratory inspection committees sent to the Kirkuk fleet urgently."

It is noteworthy that some of the social networking sites and news media reported the existence of damaged wheat in Kirkuk stores belonging to the Ministry of Commerce and is currently distributed to the people of the region.
