[ltr]BAGHDAD / A member of the National Bloc bloc on the province of Basra, Jamal al-Muhammadawi, on Sunday, to increase investment spending as it contributes to the revitalization of the private sector and the market and thus will absorb the largest opportunities for the unemployed and solve a large part of the lack of services.[/ltr]
[ltr]Al-Mahmoudawi said in a statement received by "Eye of Iraq News" that "more than 75% of budget allocations are current operating expenses and only 25% allocated for investment expenditures, which are supposed to be reflected in the form of projects."[/ltr]
[ltr]He pointed out that "the budget included the installation of contracts and wages daily in the Ministry of Electricity and the allocation of 4 trillion dinars in support of various areas such as ration card and farmers and an increase in allocations for the development of regions and petrodollar projects."[/ltr]
