The Iraqi economy is facing a major challenge after the collapse of oil prices, which puts the government's efforts in the reconstruction of the affected provinces at stake.

According to a report by the Agency, Brent crude oil continued to decline in the recent period to less than $ 55 a barrel, which puts Iraq in a great predicament due to the adoption of 95% of Iraq's budget on oil exports.

The report added that the draft budget bill submitted to parliament will lead to a deficit of more than 22 billion dollars.
