The Director of Quality Management and Institutional Development Department, Fadilah Majeed Yassin said that the workshop came at the request of the senior management of the Government Contracts Department in its desire to implement the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and obtain the international conformity certificate from the approved donor bodies and also to complete the rehabilitation plan for the department Government contracts within the plan for the month of December and explained that the workshop included two axes, the first axis includes the training of the team on the requirements of the standard 2015:(ISO), ISO 9001, and how it is applied in the activities of the department. The training program also included the items of the standard including the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth sections. The senior management focused on applying the system and the role of the organization in all the joints and focusing on the customer. To focus on the customer by ensuring that risks and opportunities affect the conformity of products and services and also the ability to enhance customer satisfaction that is identified and dealt with,
Indicating that senior management must establish a quality policy and what policy should include procedures for identifying risks and opportunities when planning a quality management system and how to deal appropriately with potential impacts on product and service matching.
