[rtl]The Kurdistan Democratic Party led by Massoud Barzani, on Saturday, the Syrian government to review its decisions on the inclusion of the head of the party within the list of "financiers of terrorism," noting that the Kurdistan region is committed to external relations with neighboring countries within the federal government .[/rtl]
[rtl]"The Syrian government is wrong with its estimates on dealing with the Kurdistan Democratic Party and its leader as the first party in Iraq and Kurdistan in terms of parliamentary and local seats, " said the senior leader of the party, Shwan Taha .[/rtl]
[rtl]Taha added that "the inclusion of Massoud Barzani on the list of financiers of Syrian terrorism is an interference in the affairs of Iraq and the Kurdistan region," asserting that "the Kurdistan region is committed to its relationship with neighboring countries within the foreign policies of the federal government ."[/rtl]

The Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Authority in Syria announced a local list of some 615 people and 105 entities, including various Arab and foreign nationalities, including former Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani and Harith al-Dari.

According to the list, the majority includes Syrian figures and then 67 Saudis. The Lebanese came in third and reached 42, and Kuwaiti nationality holders came fourth.

The list included political, military, religious, social, business and university professors.

Among the names included Lebanese political leaders, including Lebanese Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri, Socialist Progressive Party leader Walid Jumblatt, Lebanese Forces Party leader Samir Geagea, MP Khaled Dahir, Aqab Saqer, Sheikh Daï al-Islam al-Shahal, Bilal Dukmak and others.

This is also true of the Turkish figures, which are issued by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, former Prime Minister Ahmed Daoudoglu, Sheikh Nuruddin Yildiz and Sheikh Murad Pasha.

Among the Iraqi personalities were Massoud Barzani and Sheikh Harith Sulaiman al-Dhari.
