[size=13]Baghdad ,

Al - Hayat, Wednesday, revealed that the reform alliance rejected a new proposal for the building in exchange for voting in favor of Faleh al - Fayad, the first rejected the proposal and insisted on replacing Fayad.

"The construction coalition has offered to give up his three posts (the presidency of the popular crowd, the national security adviser and the national security apparatus) and share them with the reform coalition in return for voting for his benefit in the next parliament session scheduled for next month," the paper quoted a deputy in parliament as saying.

"The reform bloc rejected this proposal and confirmed its insistence on replacing Fayyad with another candidate who is more acceptable, experienced, efficient and independent," said the MP, who asked not to be named.

Parliament was due to vote on the last five vacant cabinet posts, but only approved Shaima Khalil, education minister, and Nawfal Musa as immigration minister before the chaos broke out during Monday's session.
