Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi on Wednesday assured his Australian counterpart Scott Morrison that Iraq would not be a pathway to attack any other country.
"The Prime Minister received today his Australian counterpart and his accompanying delegation, and reviewed the development of relations between the two countries and the two peoples and means of enhancing them in the economic, trade, agricultural and cultural fields, and the Iraqi government's direction to reconstruction after success.
