"The agreement was reached with the Iraqi side on the entry of Jordanian and Iraqi trucks and their exit within the usual commercial activities as of early March," said the head of the Jordanian truck owners Mohammed Khair al-Daoud. 
Al-Daoud said in a press statement that "the two countries' keenness to strengthen relations of mutual cooperation in terms of transport and exchange of goods and positively reflected on the economies of the two countries" 
He added that "the recent visit of the Jordanian delegation to Baghdad achieved a number of goals and put concrete solutions to the problems facing investment and investors between the two countries "Stressing the response of the Iraqi side to the objectives of the visit and seek to develop the common logistical aspects. 
He said that the visit was aimed at reviving efforts and agreeing to improve the performance of the goods transport sector in order to sustain the movement of the sector, specifically the Jordanian and Iraqi trucks, and to conclude joint agreements that promote growth in the transport sector.
