Baghdad:

Denied the member of the Finance Committee of Parliament Abdul Hadi Mohan al-Saadawi there is a tendency to parliament to reduce the salaries of employees in general, pointing out that what has been circulated in the media in this regard is inaccurate.

Al-Saadawi said in a press statement that "a number of media outlets have reported that the government and the parliamentary finance committee have a tendency to reduce the salaries of employees, which we totally deny."

Al-Saadawi said that the prevailing trend in this regard includes special grades only, and has nothing to do with the salaries of state employees in general , noting that reducing the salaries of special grades contributes to the increase of the investment budget and Abobha.

He called on the media to be accurate in the transfer of information, especially with regard to the economic aspects of the citizen, because the fact that such news contributes to the creation of economic disorder that harm the simple citizen.
