Minister of Communications Naeem Al-Rubaie called on Thursday for investors in the telecommunications sector to present the fourth generation mobile license.
The ministry said in a statement received "economy News" a copy of it, it is going to enter into strategic partnership contracts to take advantage of the potential of the Iraqi Ministry of Communications.
"The Minister of Communications invites investors in Arab countries to contribute to Iraqi investments to develop the Iraqi postal sector," it added.
"The minister called on the Arab governments, companies and the private sector to reconstruct the liberated areas of the organization, calling on the terrorist and standing with Iraq to face the great challenges it faces," the ministry said in a statement.
