The report pointed to "the existence of allegations of manipulation and waste of public funds in a number of projects, as the report revealed that the province contracted to equip specialized mechanisms for the Directorate of Salahaddin municipalities in the amount of (27.9 billion) billion dinars were processed part of them and waste the rest of the amount for their personal account, and disbursement (5,775,000,000 (0%), in addition to the existence of irregularities in the project of the streams of the big country, as well as change the origin of some materials for a number of projects contrary to the contract, and the purchase of materials at high prices , The use of secondary contractors, and the establishment of the quarantineRecommending that projects be referred in a direct advocacy manner. "
The report stressed that "the total projects faltering that has not been opened criminal cases so far has reached 329 projects at a cost exceeded (two trillion Iraqi dinars) funded from the funds allocated for the development of regions and petrodollar, and the investment plan for a number of ministries," explaining that "these projects were distributed between the establishment of about 300 school buildings and kindergartens, as well as hospitals, health centers, outpatient clinics and medical committees, as well as equipment for electric power plants, installed water units and many roads and government buildings. Bl between (zero -95%).
