The Ministry of Communications replied on Tuesday to the statement by the Information and Communications Commission on " Iraq exports to the weakest Internet countries in the world", calling for a move away from the media-style media.

In addition, the census of the population in Iraq has not been implemented so far, which can provide accurate statistical information related to measuring Internet usage indicators.

She added that "what has been traded on this matter is not true and for those who adopt other Marb," expressing regret and surprise "of the statement of the lack of accuracy of the information received."

"It has provided and continues to provide mobile companies all their needs of the Internet and optical fiber networks as required by contracts concluded for this purpose, as well as the ministry offers huge price reductions for mobile companies up to 50% in order to reflect the companies for the benefit of the citizen," pointing to "Since its first day, it has assumed the responsibility of developing new policies that can upgrade the level of Internet service in Iraq to the level of ambition by tackling the problems of projects that have been delayed, correcting the tracks of previous contracts, creating fair competition between Internet service providers, Perished ".

"The ministry expressed its readiness to cooperate and join forces with the authority to improve services and improve the status of the telecommunications sector in Iraq," the ministry said, calling for "to stay away from the style of media interchanges because that is an insult to all parties based on serving the Iraqi citizen, including the body itself."

On Tuesday, the Communications and Information Authority issued a statement on the issue of "Iraq exports the weakest Internet countries in the world", while confirming that the Ministry of Communications did not respond to the vision of the body on the Internet file and the mechanism of its management, organization and follow-up, but spared no effort.
