MP MP of the coalition of state law, Mohammed Shiaa Sudanese, on Saturday, the initiative of the distribution of land for citizens, while called on the government to take two tracks to make the initiative a success. 

"We welcome the initiative of the government, which was launched by the prime minister, to distribute land to citizens," al-Sudani said in a press conference held at the parliament building and attended by Alsumaria News, stressing the need to "create infrastructure through the national effort."






"In order to make the project a success, the government must take two courses with the distribution of land," he said, calling on the government to "build housing complexes for those who are under social care." 

He called on the government to "distribute the material grants to those covered", stressing that "there should be intervention of the ministries concerned to have a unified design of the residential complexes." 

Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi announced at the press conference that followed the cabinet meeting last Tuesday on the launch of a large residential project in the various governorates to distribute the land owned by the state to the citizens and to give them free of charge, especially slum dwellers and slum dwellers. The allocation of large areas near the cities up to hundreds of thousands or millions of square meters depending on the size of the province and need.

The military effort is used to build the infrastructure and allocate land with an area of ​​200 square meters for each family, provided that they are used for housing within the conditions of sound construction and exploitation of the land within a specified period of time. The owner of the free land may not sell the land until after a number of years, And specific conditions that encourage their exploitation of housing by eligible citizens.
