"All the decisions taken by Abadi and his government during the period of running the business since the first of last July until the end of its tasks are covered by the decision of the House of Representatives to suspend and review them," MP Hassan Alawi said in a press statement.
He noted that 'among the decisions that have been suspended, awarded contracts for the processing of electric power to the General Electric Company of America'.
He added that 'the new Minister of Electricity Loay Khatib is determined to reconsider the granting of contracts for the processing of electricity to the General Electric Company in cooperation with the Energy Committee of the Representative'.
