Nassif: The government must complete the port of Faw and stop the "compliments" of neighboring countries

BAGHDAD / Al-Ghad Press:

MP asked for a coalition of state law high Nassif, on Tuesday, the government to complete the draft port of Faw, noting that the Iraqis consider the "compliments" of neighboring countries on this project as "labor", while stressed that it is not permissible for Specialists from officials discuss strategic projects with countries.

"No official who visits countries in the region has the right to talk about strategic projects related to the country, according to articles 78 and 80 of the constitution, because the prime minister is the direct executive and he is responsible for drawing up the state policy," Nasif said in a statement. Any official has the right to override the powers of the government and talk about the fateful projects for the Iraqi people. "

On the other hand, Naseef called on the government to complete the project of the port of Faw, stressing that "it is time to move away from the compliments of neighboring countries at the expense of our people, especially as the Iraqi street began to explain some compliments as the employment of those countries."
