The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohamed Al Halbusi, met on Sunday with the Regional Director of the World Bank in the Middle East and North Africa Mr. Saroj Kumar and his delegation to discuss appropriate mechanisms to support the private sector in the country. 

"The need for the World Bank to provide studies that show how to sustain economic projects that support the youth and job creation, 

The two sides also discussed 'the possibility of supporting construction and reconstruction projects in the provinces affected by terrorism, as well as those in need of support in the field of economic development' 

The delegation reviewed 'the opportunities available to parliament to support projects that contribute to the creation of social solidarity through the support of the World Bank's Social Development Fund in Iraq' 

In turn, Saroj Kumar and his accompanying delegation paid tribute to the "great effort to head the parliament in the control of the executive authorities in the country."

Baghdad:
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohamed Al Halbusi, met on Sunday with   the Regional Director of the World Bank in the Middle East and North Africa Mr. Saroj Kumar and his delegation to discuss appropriate mechanisms to support the private sector in the country.
"The World Bank should provide studies on how to sustain economic projects that support young people and create jobs," Halboussi said in a statement issued by his media office.
The two sides also discussed the possibility of supporting construction and reconstruction projects in the provinces affected by terrorism, as well as those that need support in the field of economic development.
The delegation reviewed the opportunities available to Parliament to support projects that contribute to social solidarity through support to the World Bank's Social Development Fund in Iraq.
