[size=15]And open the door to a new approach to remove the walls of the bureaucracy by stressing the allocation of a day a week to meet with citizens of all the directors general and agents in the ministry.[/size]
[size=15]In a move to solve outstanding issues and problems, the Minister of Commerce was keen to meet citizens and employees and listen to them in order to find solutions to their problems, stressing that the doors of the ministry are open to all.[/size]
[size=15]A statement issued by the Information Ministry of the Ministry of Commerce pointed out that the Minister of Commerce Mohammad Hashim "set a day to meet the citizens of all the directors general and agents."[/size]
[size=15]It was also directed to receive complaints and observations of citizens and address injustice[/size]
[size=15]The meeting with the citizens will be weekly, as stressed by the Minister of Commerce, the aim of which is to address, correct and rectify mistakes, which was not done by this mechanism and this approach is explicitly expressed transparency in performance, and that for eight years only narrow limits to the close.[/size]
[size=15]"We will visit all the provinces and listen to the problems of our people and we promise to be part of them.[/size]
[size=15]"The official should be a tool for correcting and removing people's injustice," he said.[/size]
[size=15]"We will have meetings and daily visits to the Ministry's sites in order to identify and address the problems."[/size]
[size=15]"We seek seriously to change the performance of the institutions of the ministry and our priorities to provide the people's strength and improve the quality of food vocabulary and increase ration card allocations."[/size]
[size=15]He concluded by saying that "one of the ministry's top priorities according to the translated approach to transparency in performance is the search for mechanisms that serve the work and put an end to violations[/size]
