He pointed out that "non-compliance with environmental controls and determinants through the presence of large numbers of transgressors of fish breeder floating fish as well as the density of education in the unit area (25 fish per cubic meter, led to lack of oxygen and stimulate fungal infections and bacteria as fermentation of feed residues and fish waste at the bottom The stagnant river and the emission of ammonia gas as a result of decomposition, which led to rot or damage to the fish and thus killed. "

He pointed out that "the Minister of Agriculture instructed at the beginning of the injury to form a committee to follow up the matter and recommended the ministerial committee to remove all transgressors of fish breeder with floating non-licensees and remove dead fish in rivers and in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Environment and the provinces."

He added that "compel educators to abide by the environmental controls and determinants and the proper breeding system, as well as to compel breeders to examine the fodder used for fish by the Department of Animal Wealth. The breeders should also inform the hospitals and veterinary clinics of any disease or abnormality that appears on the fish." Iraqi preservation of that wealth is a national duty for everyone. "
