The newspaper said that "Abdul-Mahdi and in the context of the restructuring of the Prime Minister, is currently engaged in the establishment of the Office of the Prime Minister, including the General Secretariat of the Council, the Office of the President, and a number of departments and departments directly affiliated with it, to facilitate administrative work, and raise the quality.

The newspaper quoted a close associate of Abdul Mahdi as saying that "the president will adhere to the period set for himself (100 days)," noting that "Abdul-Mahdi promised that" will restructure the Council of Ministers, through narrowing the composition of the Council of Ministers and the Secretariat of the Council, , And the deletion of unnecessary work or positions or integration, in addition to the establishment of mechanisms and arrangements to facilitate and accelerate the decision-making in the Council of Ministers and in common matters, and to resolve intersections between ministries after the definition and determine the competent bodies.

The newspaper pointed out that "corresponds to the political interpretations of the decision of Abdul Mahdi, an administrative interpretation quoted by a source close to the Prime Minister, seeing that the subject is limited in its administrative framework, denying that it has any political aspect.
