Fouad Hussein as Minister of Finance.

Minister of Communications Naim al-Rubaie.

Two banks Rikani Minister of Construction.

Mohammed Ali al - Hakim as foreign minister.

Saleh Hussein as Minister of Agriculture.

Ahmed Riad as Minister of Youth.

Alaa Abdul Saheb Minister of Health.
