Bank Story #354 10/22/18

A friend of mine went in today after hearing about this story last Friday and was given a rate of 47.6 cents for dong. The banker checked the rate, then asked the teller to check it.
They were in agreement to pay out his 1 mill dong but has to do it in a private office. They go up to the office and the next person said she couldn't find the rate. He said everyone was confused and some didn't even know how to read or understand the screens.
Another lady came over and said I don't think we're exchanging dong after the others told him they could. Needless to say, he left disappointed. He went to another WF in town and they were even more confused and couldn't find a rate for dong. What an adventure he was on this morning.
