The Islamic Dawa Party (Dawa) revealed on Sunday the fact that its prime minister, Haider al-Abadi, was dismissed from the party.

"This is an internal party thing I can not talk about to the media," said the leader of the party, Hassan al-Sanayd, to Bassinios, without confirming the news or denying it.

A number of the most prominent leaders of the party «Dawa» have carried out earlier last month, the outgoing Prime Minister and head of the political bureau in the party Haider Abadi, the responsibility of  fragmentation in the ranks of the party .

According to informed sources from within the Dawa party, Basnews said that "there is movement within the party aimed at separating Abadi from the party, but this decision caused a new disagreement between the leaders of the party, between a supporter and a rejection of the decision."

The leader of the Islamic Dawa Party (Al-Abadi wing) Ali al-Alaq told Basnews on Saturday that "the news that there was movement within the Dawa Party for the purpose of separating Abadi from the party is false, false and totally untrue."

"The Dawa Party is not one of the parties fighting for power until it separates a person who has provided many services to Iraq and the Iraqis," he said, noting that the Dawa Party is proud and proud of Haidar al-Abadi for his great achievements in Iraq. Saying.

Since the first Iraqi elections in 2005, leading the Dawa Party as prime minister of Iraq, the first was the current Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, then the head of a coalition of state law Nuri al-Maliki for eight years (two states), then the current Prime Minister Haider Abadi, since 2014.
