"What if the Currency Holders are from Other Countries?" by (Anonymous) - 9/11/18

I wanna put a few important questions to the community here. Hope someone will be kind enough to revert back.

I've read "Zim holders could redeem/exchange currencies at any bank, though the Zim would eventually end up at HSBC. If you originally redeemed Zim at HSBC all kinds of personal, legal and financial perks would be offered."

My question is if one belongs to some other country other than the US and there's no HSBC bank branch there, what would happen in that case?

Will there be #800 numbers for all currency holders belonging to different countries across the globe?

I've heard that RV is only for the currency holders of the US. Is that true? Then do the currency holders of other countries need to wait upon the GCR for redemption?

What is keeping the RV from happening up until now?

You might as well ask "If I build a spaceship and travel to Rigel 3 will there be a delegation to welcome me and convert my Earth dollars into Rigelian currency?"  The RV and GCR are both pure fantasy!
