Article:   "Central reserves amounted to $59 billion and 96 tons went gold"  This article is full of Bragging Rights...to show where they are.  Their bag of goodies is full. This year alone they increased their reserves somewhere in the tune of 10 billion Dollars, additional bonds from China and Islamic Banks and 6.5 additional Tonnes of Gold.  They talk of contracts with Ernst & Young. Bragging about being the first in the region with SWIFT and that the are internationally compliant. Compliant with international remittances... Well they will need to pay the citizens abroad the HCL( Think Somo [State Organization for Marketing of Oil] ) by such means now won't they? Yep...All in time... imo.
