Samson: Dinardiva - yes I have - about 50 of them - does no-one any good posting negative articles that end up being untrue and everyone thinking the sky is falling in, hence why I haven't posted but have posted the denials of it not being true so you must have missed seeing those. WE WIN.

Samson: McDonald's closes restaurants in Venezuela

Closed McDonald's, on Sunday, a number of restaurants in Venezuela due to the severe economic crisis in the country.
"Arcos Dourados, director of the American brand management company in Venezuela, confirmed that the company recently closed a limited number of restaurants in the Caribbean country, but we continue to work with the markets," the Argentine daily Comercio reported.
"Seven restaurants have been closed in Venezuela, including Caracas and other provinces, while there are about 120 restaurants in Venezuela," the newspaper said.
"Venezuela is in a severe economic crisis, with inflation exceeding 1000000%, according to the International Monetary Fund, and the acute shortage of food and medicine," the paper said.
President Nicolas Maduro began implementing a series of economic reforms starting on August 20, which began with the release of new banknotes that raise five zeros from the local currency, in addition to wage increases by more than 3,400%, although analysts believe that these measures will increase the The severity of the economic crisis experienced by the country.
