Iraqi political analyst Khaled al-Qara Ghuli said that Sunni forces and parties in Iraq had not reached the "political age of maturity" to conclude agreements and manage the state.

"The Sunni forces in Iraq have not reached the political maturity of the state administration, and failed to find political agreements that guarantee the demands of their people and provide what they need for their election to the Iraqi parliament, and disagreed on small things," Qara Ghuli told Basnews.
