The President of the Republic Fuad Masoum in Baghdad on Saturday during a meeting with his deputy and leader of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, the development of efforts to form the largest parliamentary bloc, which will cost the first candidate to form the next government, according to a statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic.

The infallible had held on Friday a similar meeting with the Prime Minister of the leader of the coalition, "victory" Haider Abadi, and discussed with him the naming of the largest bloc.

A statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic responded to the news that the meeting that gathered Masoum and Maliki stressed "the necessity of convening the fourth session of the Council on the constitutional date and the importance of adhering to the Constitution and respect the will of voters to reform and develop state institutions and development of services."

"The meeting also dealt with the most important political developments at the national and regional levels," the statement added.
