An Asian analyst revealed on Thursday the arrival of a delegation representing the two major Kurdish parties to the capital Baghdad in order to announce the formation of the largest bloc.

"After the Eid holiday, the delegation of the Kurdish parties will arrive in Baghdad to announce the largest bloc," said Juma al-Atwani, who is close to the axis of the conquest of the state of law. He said that "the largest bloc has decided its issue and the issue of advertising is a matter of time, .

He added that "the conditions of the Kurds are achievable and most of them constitutional, but Article 140 of the Iraqi constitution can not be applied before the census process is conducted."
