The Governor of Wasit Mahmoud Abdul Redha, Wednesday, to maintain a new payment within the petrodollar amounts and the budget of the development of regions will contribute to the operation of projects with high completion rates, confirming that the Finance promised to hand over payments in the coming days.

Abdul Rida said in a statement quoted by the newspaper "Sabah" official and briefed by "economy News", "The province got the amount of 26 billion dinars within the first installment of the benefits of petrodollar and development of regions," adding that "the amounts came within the fulfillment of promises made by Council of Ministers to implement the demands of the demonstrators. "

He added that "the province formed a committee to spend these amounts on projects suspended according to the percentage of completion in projects, according to the controls prepared by the ministries of finance and planning, and the adoption of projects that have a prejudice to the lives of citizens," pointing out that "the Ministry of Finance promised to hand over the province new payments within its share Of the general budget during the next few days to meet the rest of the expenses of the province and accelerate the implementation of projects stalled by the financial crisis.

"The province needs about 200 billion dinars to cover all its expenses and to move and complete all the projects entrusted to it," Abdul Ridha said, adding that "all contractors and owners of companies will receive their financial benefits, which are the government's responsibility without discrimination."
