Prime Minister of the Armed Forces Haidar al-Abadi on Tuesday kidnapped foreign workers in Iraq.

"The abduction of foreign workers on the Kirkuk route is part of organized crime," Abadi said at his weekly conference after meeting his government team of ministers.

On the electricity crisis in the central and southern provinces of Iraq, Abadi said that 'stopped the Iranian import line contributed to increase the pressure on the national electricity grid'.

He added that the attack on the security forces a red line is not allowed, and announced the opening of an investigation into events in the province of Basra during the past two days.

Abadi added that there are those who try to penetrate the demonstrations to create problems.
