The oil minister announced the increase in the rate of exports and revenues from crude oil sales for the first half of the current year 2018 compared to the first half of last year 2017.

Oil Minister Jabbar Ali al-Allaibi said total revenues for the first half of this year 2018 amounted to (40) (345) million and (235) thousand dollars, while revenues for the first half of last year 2017 (27) billion and (642) million and (329) thousand dollars.

He added that the total exports achieved for the first half of this year 2018 also recorded an increase in the rates of (625) million and (193) thousand and (749) barrels, while in the year 2017 (592) million and (439) thousand and (163) ) With a barrel.

Al-Allaibi pointed out that the average selling price for the month of June 2018 witnessed a rise compared to the month of June of 2017 last year (69,322) dollars per barrel, while the selling rate for 2017 (42,067) dollars a barrel, adding that this will contribute to reducing the proportion of The deficit in the federal budget for this year.

That's great, until Maliki seems to think he needs it more than the country does- This won't do Iraq one iota of good- They still have sanctions, and cannot sell much of it, maybe to Saudi Arabia, but NOT at the market price- Iraq, has nothing, and will continue to have nothing, until Maliki and his henchmen are arrested, charged, and hung- THAT you can count on- Move along, nothing to see here.....If you don't believe me, look at all the photos of the destruction over there- It will be years, possibly decades, before the mess is cleaned up, and the infrastructure rebuilt and government is stabilized-It is going to take billions of dollars, and that is something Iraq does not, and will never have, for a very long time to come, so y'all better get used to it-
