Tishwash:  Iraqi-Iranian talks to promote trade exchange

The Minister of Planning and Trade Minister Salman Jumaili discussed with the official of the Iraqi economic file at the Iranian Foreign Ministry Hassan Dannaii and the delegation accompanying him the reality of the bilateral relations between the two countries in the economic and investment fields and ways of developing them in the interest of the two friendly countries.

"The two sides discussed during the meeting, which was attended by the Iraqi side, director general of government investment in the Ministry of Planning and Director General of International Relations in the Ministry of Commerce, a number of issues related to the balance of trade and processing Electricity from Iran to Iraq, as well as the file of standardization and quality control. " 

The parties stressed, according to the statement, "the need to work on resolving all issues and files through the formation of joint committees, especially in the field of continuing to equip Iraq with electricity." 

Al-Jumaili also stressed that "Iraqi-Iranian relations are strong and there is high-level cooperation in all fields, and work is continuing to overcome all the difficulties facing the intra-Iraqi trade between Iran and Iran."   link
