Why would UN security council hold a meeting about Iraq at this time now? We know chapter seven is out of the way….could it be something about preparing them entering the global market, like a convertable currency and international banking? Both require a article 8 compliance from the IMF. It could be done already and waiting for release and this meeting is just a normal procedure neeeded before the global manifest …..perhaps……imo.

Article: “Towards a solid banking sector” Samir Nusairi LINK

More coming out in the media.I believe that Samir Nusairi is an advisor to Iraqi banks. This article cites a meeting on Sunday where Al-Alaq echoed the comments made by Nusairi posted this weekend in the Final Article thread. Interesting. Movement, I think.

I totally agree I particularly liked this part of the article. ..."start effectively implement the message,"

One can only speculate but I hope that message is the new rate...imo

Oy yeah going from 1184 to 1190 is also "movement" ...from the cbi....wink ×3
