In one of the articles it says USA believes the elections were fair and legal. That's a good sign that they are ok with the Sadr thing leading to an Abadi thing leading to an ALRIGHT THING! for us… I would guess if USA wasn't happy they would have supported the folks in Iraq screaming "unfair election "
