"GHOST: THE UST HAS THE RATE POSTED CONSTANTLY FOR THE PREVIOUS 18 HOURS"
Could you tell us what the rate is, or where it is posted?
I have looked on the UST site, but cannot find this rate.

I think the point is that it is posted on their screens, not public yet.

so this Ghost person has seen it posted on the screens of the UST with his own eyes and if thats the case how come we cant have atleast a range of what it is????
