Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

Each of us must have hope in that this Iraqi dinar revaluation will occur someday. It’s called FAITH. Do you have FAITH? I mean faith in anything?

It should be obvious to everyone that something is holding up the final stages of the re-instatement of the Iraqi dinar. Many will debate my statement and say nothing is holding it up, as they are just going through the process. I used to believe this too since then it was true. But now the situation has changed and Iraq CBI has now requested the re-instatement of their currency.

So those who make these opinions are just opinions as I know for a FACT that they do not understand and realize what is going on in the background and that the US Treasury is holding back on the release. I know for a FACT that agreements have been made and as far as Iraq is concerned they await the US to process the revaluation. So, we too wait. Why the hold up?

Currently I have to tell you there is more phony intel floating around than the TRUTH. No, this does not mean, as some will tell you, that “confusion will ensue at the end of this ride”. Really? How ridiculous of a statement to make. Who says it going to be confusing at the end? Did your “guru” tell you this or did you just hear it enough and now you think its factual?

These same “gurus” use these kinds of statements to allude that the end is here. This is such a ridiculous statement and a false connotation to an end timeframe. I have to tell you that we have had “confusion”, intentionally and this confusion has persisted on this entire journey and this is meant to keep confusing us in knowing an end timeframe. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

But confusion caused by who and why? Folks, these are the same idiots causing all the confusion that are now making these statements about confusion. Get it? They plant this notion in your head so you will accept the confusion and will not try to unravel it and find the TRUTH. You will just sit passively and wait in a state of confusion. You will think the confuse is justification for what they say is now the end. I knows this all seems confusing….lol…lol…

Well if you ask me, these same idiots have been the ones bringing this confusing intel over and over again to us. We know who they are – TNT, Bruce and his Big “stupid” Call, Frank26 and his “Walking Stick” and Delta intel, Tank, etc. But this is not new. This has been going on for years and years, in fact, it has been going on the entire time I have been in this RV Saga. So what is new?

Nothing is new. The only way to clarify the confusion is simply for many of these self -designated “gurus” to shut up and let the experts who know how to analyze data and listen to the news report to you and do their job. Yes, the ones who truly want to report in a professional journalistic approach and verify the news first before we open our mouths and tell it to you. Is this too much to ask?

The funny thing is many of these gurus tell you they have these “secret” sources or “boots on the ground”. They can vouge for them. Really? Who vouges for you? These “sources” have NEVER been correct and over and over again they still listen to them and pass on their garbage. This is the SAD part of this journey. In fact, by now they must know these sources are staged propagandist put there by the government to confuse us, yet they persist still on passing on their garbage intel. Why?

If you want to look at confusing? let’s look at the propaganda and the FAKE intel from many of the so-called intel providers. Yes, they are the instruments by making this journey so confusing. How can you get to the TRUTH when you are constantly inundated with these daily deluge of FALSE intel.

There is a group specifically formed to spread this “false hope” and these idiots (like TNT, Big “stupid” Call, etc.) are too stupid to realize they are being used. Oh – they sound very convincing. Why would they not be convincing, that’s their paid job. They are patsies for the cabal. The group has infiltrated the dinar community and they are trying to discourage everyone. Discourage? Yes, it is reverse psychology. By this constant “false” sense of everyday / any day hope of an RV, as they tell you is to “keep you in the game” , is actually causing many to leave it and play elsewhere. Many give up out of frustration and loss of hope.

Why would they want to do this?

Maybe their small flock of “faithful followers” will not so easily give in since they are so brainwashed anyhow and can’t think for themselves. But what about the other thousands of listeners who innocently happen to listen to their calls or replay. Yes, these are their real target. These are the sheep they want to join their flock and lead them around.

Why do I tell you all this today?

I am telling you this because I know that much of this intel is now and has been intentional FAKE propaganda to eventually wear you out and break you down to give up and lose hope. I don’t want anyone giving in or selling their dinar.

Many, unbelievably, have sold their Iraqi dinar and bought the expired Zimbabwe notes on the advice by these gurus. Oh they didn’t directly tell them to do it, but when they tell you that you can make a fortune with the ZIM, much more than the dinar, people run off and sell their dinar and buy ZIM. How wrong is this? I have told everyone that the ONLY sure currency you can bet on will revalue some day soon with a tremendous increase in value is the Iraqi dinar. You have to stop listening to the GCR lies.

They told you the ZIM was on this list of GCR currencies and so what happened already to the ZIM. It has already went through it revaluaition but did you get rich? Are you going to get rich?

Let’s explore this today since this seems to be a VERY HOT topic.

They told you it was going to be “redeemable”. Yes, redeemable because they tell you these are BONDS and not ordinary currency. Really? They tell you this because they have been told this by these same “secret” sources, these same source that have been feeding them this propaganda over the years. This propaganda that has NEVER been correct. So like parrots they just repeat it to you for hype. They never confirm or verify the information.

If they did research, they too would know that this is in FACT just currency and it has in FACT expired and is now worthless (except to collectors).

QUESTION: How can these expired ZIM notes be worth anything?

So here is the scam (this is what they tell you) – So if you redeem BONDS then you don’t exchange CURRENCY notes and since they know you can prove that these are currency notes and are worthless (legitimate news from the Central Bank of Zimbabwe about the policy of these notes. I included the article in today’s newsletter), they suddenly out of nowhere they then changes NOTES into BONDS and now they have value?

Like this now changes the status and legitimizes their claim that they now have value. Why are they BONDS now and weren’t BONDS before? How did this all of a sudden change? For years and years Zimbabwe has had their currency and they were never announced as BONDS. It only changed to meet their intel to convince you to keep buying these worthless pieces of paper.

Well I am here to tell you today this is a lie and these old notes are just currency notes and not bonds. I have proof of it too.

They also continue with the scam by saying – that if you ‘re not exchanging because its worthless currency this makes it not currency and thus somehow miraculously it becomes of value. Since it is now a BOND and not currency, it has value. This is their new story, their spin on it to make it believable. Of course, is a warped, falsified thinking with a twist to make it believable. It is from warped minds. Get it? It is a scam. Get it? This how scams work, get it?

This recent propaganda about the ZIM and all the hype over it really discusses me because I know the TRUTH.

I am telling everyone that as sure as I sit here, writing this newsletter today, you will not be exchanging or redeeming these very large, expired Zimbabwe notes, not now or anytime.

QUESTION: It’s got to be true everyone is talking about it, so Mnt Goat you must be mistaken?

No, I am not mistaken. I bring you this news today out of hard and long research. Anyone can do the same research and come to the same conclusion. Only these gurus don’t want to research because either are just plane lazy bastards or very stupid idiots.

Many of you will deny my claim and keep trying to justify an expectation that you will be redeeming them someday soon and makes lots and lots of money…lol..lol…. You will do the TRUTH purely on what some idiot “guru’ has told you. These are the same “gurus” that has NEVER been right about anything. You will still persist in your thinking because you are ashamed and embarrassed that you have been scammed. You will be stubborn, after all who wants to feel stupid.

This is exactly what is going to hurt you and bring you down at the end. Then who will you blame? You have been warned. Will the “gurus” you listened to reimburse you for your losses in this worthless currency? You now have no one to blame but yourself and your self- indulgence in greed that has blinded you from listening to the truth. This is the same mentality with the outrageous hype about the BITCOIN and crypto currencies.

I can hardly believe that many believe that they are going to take a 100 trillion expired Zimbabwe note, go to the bank and walk out with as much as 120 million in their bank account (based on a .000012 rate). Really? Some people have 100’s of these notes and they think they will be multi-billionaires. Do you know how much money that is? Some CEO, go to school, work their entire life and do not accumulate that much money, yet you actually think you are going to walk into the bank and in 20 minutes have this much money? I have a bridge to sell you too in Brooklyn…lol…lol…How stupid can you really be?

QUESTION: This is so much money are you sure we can go to the banks and get this much money?

Oh – so now these charlatans also know that this seems like a lot of money. So how do they justify it now and convince you its alright for you to get this much money? In fact, too much money and they know it. So how can they justify it in their scam?

No problem – so they then make up some phony story about “humanitarian” efforts. Yes, you are all going to transform society after our redemptions of the ZIM…lol…lol…. So this is going to be the “biggest transition of wealth”…lol…lol.. Folks I heard it all!

Folks I have listened to all these conference calls and what I am hearing wants to make me PUKE! It is so disturbing because I know the TRUTH. I am literally watching the SCAM playout right in front of us. No one seems to care since everyone is a coma of greed, stupidity and hype. The perfect recipe for disaster. WAKE UP!

Did it ever occur to you these are the same propagandist idiots as before now telling you the expired ZIM currency will be “redeemable” as BONDS.

Did it ever occur to you these are the same idiots that have been sending all this confusing, non-verified propaganda for years and years. None of which ever comes true.

Did it ever occur to you that if you have seen in the past you can’t trust them then, then why would you trust them now?

I guess many of you want to get rich so badly that now you will believe anything. Really? Are you that stupid or just pretending?

Believe me I have thoroughly researched this ZIM phenomenon and these old, expired notes are WORTHLESS. Get it?

Question: Then why are the banks screens showing these rates, such as 12+ cents, for the ZIM?

Folks the banks are showing a rate for the revaluation of the new ZDR currency that was issued in late 2016 not for these older notes, that are expired. Zimbabwe already replaced their currency. Get it. You missed it.

The replace the old notes with the new lower category denominations and were set valued at 1:1 with the US dollar. Have you note read the news?

What most don’t understand is, as I have been trying to tell you for so long, is that the currencies devalue and revalue everyday and that the ZIM revaluation has already occurred. Yes you missed it. If you wanted to make money you would have had to trade in the older notes for cash or the new notes. Did your favorite “gurus” inform you of this? Why not? I will tell you why. Because the “secret” source who are feeding them the information they only want to tell you, wanted to prevent you from exchanging these older notes according to the deadline. You are being used.

You had until about mid Sept 2016 to do so. This time limit has expired. However the IMF and Zimbabwe decided to “lop” the currency in 2016 and thus expired the older category notes. Get it? This is unlike what the CBI plans to do in Iraq as the older 3 zero notes will “coincide” with the newer category notes. Many are still trying to apply the Iraq process to older Zimbabwe notes and it simply will not work. Ok- I have said my peace and so you have been warned again.

The funny ending to this story is that the newer lower denominations that got rolled out in mid-September are actually the BONDED (not BONDS) but BONDED notes. I guess these charlatans took this information and used it to create out of thin air that the older notes too were BONDS. They are not even smart enough to do their research like I have. There are so many holes in their claims. Let’s explore them.

A bond, as a financial instrument, is a tradable assets of any kind. They can be cash, evidence of an ownership interest in an entity, or a contractual right to receive or deliver cash or another financial instrument. Something of value must back up the BOND in order for it to be redeemable.

Define “to be BONDED”:

Being bonded means that a bonding company has secured money that is available to the consumer in the event they file a claim against the company. The secured money is in the control of the state, a bond, and not under the control of the company.

So if anything these older Zimbabwe notes would have been “bonded” and not ‘Bonds” per se. But who was the backer? What other country would secure trillions and trillions to back the Zimbabwe economy? So let’s stick with what we know as FACTUAL.

We know that the older ZIM currency were so hyper inflated and thus were almost worthless. This is why the Central Bank did a “lop” in 2016. So, if they were bonded and the US is going to now to allow its citizens to “redeem” these older notes for cash, they the US must be the bonding agent/company according to this definition....right? So the US backed their currency in 2008-2009? Is this why only these AA 2008-2009 notes will be redeemable?

The US secured this payout money (now going to its citizens) from future recognized assets in the resources of the country of Zimbabwe for years and years to come. Is this why they needed to change the regime and replace the president? Someone now who will honor this equity in their resources as security?

To make a long story short – this all sounds wonderful and seems plausible based on these definitions above. However many scams do sound plausible until you prove them wrong. But there is a problem with the thinking of this scam. The US did NOT secure resources with Zimbabwe to back up their currency in 2008 thru 2009. I have evidence of this. So, this proved this entire notion of these older notes being BONDS or even “being BONDED” is just a bunch of hogwash and phony intel.

ABADI IS INVESTIGATING AROUND 125 INDIVIDUALS ACCUSED OF SMUGGLING MONEY ABROAD

Baghdad today – MP Jasim al-Bayati, the existence of 125 personalities accused of smuggling money out of the country, noting that Abadi investigated their files with international bodies two years ago.

“Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi has been investigating with international bodies in bank accounts of 125 Iraqi figures with signs of smuggling money out of Iraq,” al-Bayati, who is close to the prime minister, told Baghdad today.

Al-Bayati added that “international bodies are working to gather information and have a sufficient database of the funds of these officials and inflated their funds in close periods.”

“The prime minister will give the database to the Iraqi Judicial Commission, which he set up for review, audit of funds and names, and external accounts.”

THE WORLD BANK FOCUSES ON FINANCING THREE AREAS IN IRAQ

World Bank officials have announced that the bank has identified three areas of potential funding focus in Iraq.

“Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alak chaired the workshop on the policy of financing projects between the World Bank and representatives of government and economic bodies involved in investment projects,” a statement from the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said.

“The conference aims at reaching a mechanism for financing reconstruction projects in Iraq,” he said, adding that the conference, which will be hosted by Kuwait next month, will see a comprehensive investment plan for reconstruction and development in Iraq.

“The government has a comprehensive plan for investment to be presented at the conference for the reconstruction of the industrial, agricultural and economic sectors, especially as Iraq will deal with banks and international destinations.”

He pointed to “the file of humanitarian needs for the management of funding, primarily the World Bank and banks operating in Iraq.”

For her part, the Director of the World Bank’s Office in Iraq, Yara Salem, to the completion of a proposal to study a strategic co-financing of the Fund for Iraq.

A number of World Bank officials reviewed the mechanism of strategy and how the financing process, the principles of financing including the diversification of sources and smart subsidies to take advantage of funds and grants, and credibility with companies and investors. WASHINGTON ENCOURAGES BAGHDAD TO PAY THE SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES OF THE KURDISTAN REGION

IRAQ: FAILURE TO PASS BUDGET RISKS IMF STATUS AND OTHER CONSEQUENCES

The governor of Basra, As'ad al-Eidani, received this morning, the US ambassador to Iraq, Douglas Seelman, and discussed with him economic relations.

IRAQ STILL TO PROVIDE A CLEAR PROGRAM FOR HOW TO RECONSTRUCT MORE THAN 200 DESTROYED CITIES

Iraqi is eagerly awaiting the outcome of the Iraq reconstruction conference scheduled for February 12-14, while the government is still unable to provide a clear program for how to reconstruct more than 200 destroyed cities including thousands of villages in the north, west and central regions.

According to Kuwaiti government sources, the number of countries participating in the conference is close to 42 Arab and foreign countries, indicating that the most prominent participating countries are America, Britain, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Holland, Canada, Australia, Japan, China, Venezuela, Arab Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Turkey.

Donor countries will speak at the second session of the conference after the opening and ANNOUNCE THE VALUE OF THEIR PLEDGES, WHICH ARE EXPECTED TO REACH ABOUT $ 18 BILLION, pointing out that the Kuwait grant is likely to reach between 100 and 150 million dollars.

The sources said that the conference will be held with the support of the World Bank, indicating that "the reconstruction phase is the most important challenges facing the Iraqi government after the liberation of cities, and there is a thoughtful plan to restore services to liberated cities, followed by the stage of reconstruction and rehabilitation of different sectors."

The conference comes after donations by Kuwait, mid-2016, to establish medical centers, schools and hospitals in a number of cities of Iraq, including Basra, Baghdad, Salahuddin, Anbar and other areas
