Dinar Guru Update ***  


There's a lot of buzz about the History of the Central Bank of Iraq video.  


Why did the CBI release this video?  Who's the video for?  U.S. investors?  Iraqi citizens?  Is the purpose to reassure invetors that the CBI is a safe and reliable bank to deal with?  Ot is the purpose to reassure the citizens of Iraq that the CBI is strong and new notes are coming.  The timing of release is very interesting. 


 The production date at the end says 2019 so it's a new release.
